CRAIG C. McCALL, PSYD

Dr. Craig McCall coaches senior leaders and executive teams at midsize and Fortune 500 companies, advises organizations on the selection and development of top talent, creates corporate leadership programs, and consults on large-scale talent management initiatives.


His primary focus areas are:

 

  • Executive Coaching: Engagements often address: C-suite readiness; development of leadership disciplines and strategy execution; leadership brand and presence; change management; executive team development; and on boarding to a new senior role.

  • Leadership Assessment: Executive assessment services to select, promote and develop top talent, to ensure strong succession and solid organizational bench strength.

  • Team Solutions: Assessment and coaching engagements designed to drive strong cohesive teams capable of executing on the business strategy.

Craig consults with multiple Fortune 500 companies (including Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Walgreen, BestBuy, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, and Domtar) and has an industry focus which includes: banking and financial services; healthcare and healthcare IT; technology services; industrial manufacturing and distribution; public accounting; energy; telecom; retail; pharma; and a variety of private equity groups, investment banks and M&A firms.


Craig has been a human capital consultant for over 20 years. He is a licensed psychologist in the State of North Carolina and holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. from Boston College. Craig is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and is Hogan leadership assessment certified. He has held professorships at Loyola and Argosy Universities in Chicago, as well as coaching faculty positions at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and Capella University. He has presented numerous times at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business on talent assessment for private equity groups, and coaches at the Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD).


Craig sits on the emeritus board at the Partnership to Educate and Advance Kids, a not-forprofit that provides mentorship and financial support for inner-city adolescents in Chicago. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and three daughters and enjoys world travel and mountain trekking.
